1. Surface Preparation

• Sanding: Sand down any damaged or weathered areas until the surface is smooth and clean. (Note: Rough-sawn timber does not require sanding).

• Clear Organic Growth: If mold or algae are present, treat first with our Green Growth Remover.

• Dry Wood Only: Ensure the wood is bone dry. Moisture trapped inside will prevent the sealer from penetrating.

2. Application

• Shake Well: Vigorously shake the bottle before use.

• Method: Apply directly using a brush, spray, or roller.

• The "Wet-on-Wet" Technique: Apply a second coat within 30 minutes, before the first coat has fully dried. Two coats are essential for a reliable waterproof barrier.

3. Cleanup

• Simply clean brushes and spray equipment with warm, soapy water immediately after use.
