Mould Remover – The Professional Solution for Mould & Mildew
Mould and mildew are more than just an eyesore—they are surface-destroyers and significant health hazards. Mould Remover by Furniture Clinic is a high-performance formula engineered to remove, kill, and prevent the recurrence of mould on any surface exposed to high humidity.
Unlike generic cleaners, it works at a molecular level, eradicating mould spores instantly upon contact.
✨ Why Mould Remover is Essential:
-
🛡️ Triple-Action Formula: Kills existing mould, removes stubborn stains, and creates an invisible barrier that inhibits regrowth.
-
👃 Odour Elimination: Completely neutralizes the heavy "musty" and "damp" smells caused by bacteria, spoiled food, or organic waste.
-
🌍 Universal Application: Equally effective on hard surfaces (wood, plastic) and delicate materials (leather, fabric).
-
🔬 Safe Power: A formula that is ruthless against mould but gentle on the structural integrity of your furniture.
🏘️ Suitable for Use On:
This product is the perfect solution for your home, car, or holiday cottage, successfully treating:
-
Genuine & Eco-Leather: Sofas, jackets, and car interiors.
-
Fabric & Upholstery: Curtains, carpets, mattresses, and convertible car tops.
-
Wood: Furniture, window frames, and garden equipment.
-
Walls & Ceilings: High-moisture areas around windows and in bathrooms.
🛠️ How It Works
Mould Remover disrupts the life cycle of the mould. By killing the spores, it cuts off their ability to reproduce. This means you aren’t just cleaning the surface visually; you are sterilizing the area, making it inhospitable for future bacteria.
📊 Coverage & Storage:
-
Coverage: A 250ml bottle is sufficient for a full treatment of a large 3-seater sofa.
-
Shelf Life: 5 years (store in a cool, dry place).
💡 Expert Tip: If you are treating leather furniture, after removing the mould with Mould Remover, always condition the leather with Leather Protection Cream. This restores elasticity and adds an extra layer of moisture protection.
📋 Instructions for Use
To achieve maximum sterilization and complete spore removal, follow these steps:
Step 1: Compatibility Test
Always perform a preliminary test on a small, hidden area. Check for any changes in color or texture before proceeding with the full treatment.
Step 2: Initial Cleaning
Use a damp cloth to carefully wipe away the visible layer of mould.
-
⚠️ Important: Never use a dry brush or a vacuum cleaner, as this will scatter mould spores into the air and onto other furniture. Dispose of the cloth immediately after use.
Step 3: Application
Spray the affected area generously with Mould Remover. Let the active formula sit for 10–15 minutes. During this time, the product penetrates deep to kill the mould's root system.
Step 4: Rinse & Dry
Wipe the surface with a clean, damp cloth (soaked in fresh water) to remove any residue and dead microorganisms. Dry thoroughly with a clean towel or allow it to air-dry in a well-ventilated area.
Step 5: Repeat (If Necessary)
If the mould is old or deep-seated, a second treatment may be required. If dark spots remain after drying, repeat Step 3.
💡 Expert Safety Tip:
When dealing with mould, we strongly recommend wearing gloves and a protective mask to avoid inhaling spores. Once the cleaning is complete, ensure the room is well-ventilated.
